Important Questions to Consider

Here are some questions to ask yourself when searching for an employee volunteer opportunity:

  • What social issues do your employees see as important?
  • How do your employees currently volunteer on their own?
  • What causes best match the business that your company is in?
  • What business goals should your employee volunteering support?
  • What other goals do your have for your employee volunteer program?
  • What kind of time commitment can your employees make?
  • Do they wish to involve their families in the volunteer project?
  • Are there age, health or skill requirements for the volunteer project?
  • What special skills do your employees bring to the volunteer project?
