Dale became a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House Southern Alberta 2 ½ years ago, and has contributed well over 500 hours to the organization. Dale’s main responsibilities are at the RMH Front desk/reception area as the pleasant and warm person that welcomes new families into RMH. She brings with her an “instant support, comfort and genuine compassion to the families in incredibly trying circumstances” says Kristy, her volunteer coordinator.  She is also heavily involved in helping to train new volunteers and staff that come to RMH.   Check out Dale in action on CTV!
