Who is it for?

This training series is designed for non-profit Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers who lead and manage front-line employees and programs. You may be new to your role or wish to refresh your skills and are looking for practical and relevant approaches to leadership.



What can you expect?

The sessions are highly interactive and participative and will enable you to connect with your peers and develop a support network. You can expect a combination of theoretical background, practical approaches and hands-on discussions and applications. The Leadership Training Series includes five day-long workshops over a five-month period. The sessions will require pre-readings and some assignments. You will need to attend all five dates listed above.

Costs

The Leadership Training Series costs are: $1000.00 per participant or $1950.00 for two participants.

There is an additional $60.00 for books and materials.
