Wes Harper has been in his volunteer role for the 16 months and has given over 250 hours of his individual time towards the needs of others who visit the Mustard Seed for support and guidance. As a volunteer, Wes has grown in tremendous ways. He initially started out with the Basic Services program where he helped to serve meals and worked in the clothing shop. Over time, he has learned the ins and outs of the organization and is currently being trained to deal with case management issues where he will work directly with guests to help them reach their goals.
