On Thursday, June 27, 2008 the Business Development Team from ConocoPhillips volunteered with Volunteer Calgary’s Paint the Town program. This outgoing, energetic group of volunteers gave their time and full energy to paint a senior’s home and make a difference in that senior’s life. The preparation work was done by the City Links crew and ConocoPhillips completed the final painting in one day of volunteering. This project was able to happen through the generous funds donated by ConocoPhillips to cover the cost of paint and of all of the materials that went into painting the home.
On behalf of Volunteer Calgary, we would like to recognize and thank the Business Development Team at ConocoPhillips for reaching out to the community through volunteering.
