Today is the launch of a new program at Volunteer Alberta: Serving Communities Internship Program (SCiP)

SCiP provides meaningful internships for Alberta’s post-secondary students in the voluntary/ nonprofit sector. The Government of Alberta in partnership with Voluntary Alberta awards each student with a $1000 bursary at the end of the internship. This is a great opportunity for nonprofit/ voluntary organizations to access a new pool of talented individuals.  Learn More. (VA News Release)
